  • If you've tried therapy before and have found that you've just talked about the same things over and over again with little resolution, it's important to understand that a different experience is available to you.     Working with me is for anyone who wants to make sense of their life, has difficulty with knowing their emotions, or expressing them, has a negative sense of self, doesn’t feel like they know how to be in relationship with themselves or others, deals with anxiety, loneliness, grief, loss, and other difficult emotions, in a season of life changes, or has a physical illness or problems that cannot be fully accounted for like low immunity, pain, fatigue, headaches, GI issues, or other physical illnesses like endometriosis, physical injuries, and degeneration. In particular, some populations I have worked closely with are military veterans, cancer patients, chronic pain/rehab patients, and spiritual abuse survivors.

    As you engage with this process, you will interface more effectively with the world around you. Empowerment comes from gaining profound knowledge about yourself, enabling you to navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.

  • Understanding yourself is central to achieving growth in your life. Think of it as mental fitness. But what happens in relationships where you don't understand yourself or your partner? Couples Therapy builds relational mental fitness. I can teach you how to have the conversations and connection that you've been missing in your relationship. When one partner's capacity increases to show up, it can help the other partner to join in when previously there was no understanding or even desire to understand.
